While I didn't get the chance to experience the food at momofuku restaurant, I did get the chance to try the baked goods at milk bar. You have to go into the restaurant and go upstairs to the second floor where you will see milk bar ! A tiny little space loaded with baked goodness , grab a mini grocery basket ,fill it to your hearts desire and then go back downstairs to pay. It doesn't look like much at a glance but the quality and freshness is there ! We tried 2 types of cookies and my favourite thing we tried was the bday cake truffles. They list all the ingredients on the packaging of each item (and it was nice to see they used simple ingredients and no preservatives or artificial color/flavour) . Not super pricey but not dirt cheap , they were worth it! We had a cornflake and chocolate chip cookie, a blueberry creme cookie and of course the bday truffles :) they were all very good and satisfied my sweet tooth without being too sweet ! they were perfect gooey goodness :) Definitely worth noting that while it stays open late the milk bar portion of this resto isn't really a sit down dessert spot , more of a grab and go ! I was impressed and I would recommend giving milk bar a try ! I also intend on going back to try momofuku for lunch or dinner since it smelled and looked delicious !
