  • This place!! The. Customer. Service. From start to finish (check-in lady, two bartenders (Juan at the Irvine restaurant, can't remember the other name boo), our love maid Carolina, a security person who helped us out after having a little "too much fun", the wait staff at the buffet, the check-OUT lady...I could seriously go on and on), these folks were absolutely delightful. Are the rooms simple? Maybe...but are they clean? YUP. We received free breakfast as Diamond members, we waited approximately, oh, ZERO MINUTES at check-in and check-out. Got a Strip-View room upgrade. Location was convenient and required a quick bridge walk to 4 other casinos... Uber ride from the airport cost $10 because it's basically across the street. On top of it all, it was so affordable and manageable compared to the other casinos nearby. This place isn't "shmancy;" it's comfortable, clean, and the people working there really do create a most enjoyable experience. Cheers to you, Tropicana Doubletree!
