  • My family and I came in search of a Tundra. There were two we liked, one being the fully loaded. First we wanted to see what they would give us for our trade in. I respectfully asked they not pull my credit until I had those figures and I asked for the invoice of the truck. My credit WAS pulled. The supervisor came over with the invoice. From the start he was condescending. He slammed the invoice down and said they would sell us the truck for that price. Considering the price of the sale I had additional questions. Being my brother is a finance manager I had him on the phone. The reason I called was because the sales associate told me we could not trade in our BMW for a lease. Not true. The supervisor Martin became irritated with our questions and yelled at my family, including my three young children " to get the fuck out." I understand he does not have to do business with me and frankly the fact he acted that way shows he was trying to pull something over on me. However, for the sake of customer service and considering there were children present he could have said we can't do business please leave. The nightmare did not end there. I gathered our belongings and headed for the door. I could see Martin yelling in a back office. He then proceeded to walk out behind my family throwing his hands in the air telling us to get out. My children were terrified. I read some of the other reviews, I wish I would have read them before. wasting out time. Stay away, if Martin is the supervisor I do not want to know what the rest of the staff acts like considering his lack of good example.
