  • I called on Friday morning to inquire about prices and to ask if they care for children on the Autism Spectrum. The only reason I called is because when I did my google search I typed special needs daycare center and this facility came up. The woman who answered the phone was hard to understand and when I asked if they cared for children on the Autism Spectrum she quickly replied, "We dont specialize in that thing." As a mother to a 5 year old boy on the Autism Spectrum and as an Advocate for all individuals with any disability this is not a good response. Like I said I would not have called this facility if it would not had popped up in my search. For the record Autism is not a thing please educate yourself before giving this response or get proper training on phone etiquette!!
