  • My house is finally cool. I had 4 different companies that either claimed they couldn't fix my unit and/or wanted to rip me off. This was the first company that gave me options for repair or replace. As well, they gave me options for replacement instead of trying to sell me the most expensive unit out there as the other companies did. I consulted with Scott Bird on a new unit. He was very professional and more importantly very honest. When my unit was replaced the guys covered my stone and wood floors before they started their work. After the unit was installed I couldn't even tell they had been in my home. Thanks Howard Air.
