  • I'll make this short as everyone else seems to have already touched on the issues here. First off, the food is quite decent, and (depending on what you order) quite tasty. Second, the wait times are horrendous. From the hour and a half it took to seat a group of six, on a Sunday night, with half of the restaurant empty, to the extra hour and fifteen minutes it took to get our food from the time ordered, there was no communication from our waitress. When we were finally able to find her, we were told "the food is ready now", fifteen minutes later, they were "plating it now", it took another fifteen minutes for it to arrive at the table, and then it still took them yet another fifteen more minutes for everyone to get their order. Drink orders were slow, we had to send out search parties in order to get refills, and most infuriating, groups who had arrived after us were receiving their food orders before us. The cherry on top of this all? We didn't even get a half-hearted apology!
