For my daughters birthday, we sat at the chefs area. All I can say is it was amazing. We have one vegetarian and they were more than accommodating and creative. She was thrilled.
As for the rest of us, the sushi was over the top. Some standard fair such as maguro, but mostly creative and unique sushi and sashimi. All cuts were very well proportioned and we did not leave hungry nor disappointed.
The only thing I can say is I will do this again and soon. It was worth every dollar.
