rev:text	I hate to do a bad review and have been going back and forth on if I would or not leave a review for SuperCuts in Chandler. I am 59 and have had many haircuts in my life,but nothing this bad.. The young lady who I will leave nameless, seemed liked she listened to what I wanted and proceeded to cut my hair. I asked for a trim,shorter in the back and layered. The front of my hair was okay, but the back was not so good. I had to keep asking her to taper it in more because it was sticking out on the sides in the back. After 3 attempts I did say it was fine. I did tip very, very well, as I have always do because I have been in the service industry most my life and know that she makes a better living on tips. The haircut was $14.99, I gave her an additional $10.00. Now, I got home and tried to see the back and feel it to see why it was sticking up. My wife saw it and said it was cut short in the back and not even, but it wasn't layered as I asked and if you just cut straight across without layering the hair, it will stick out. Again, she was young and I did say it was okay, but I do not have faith in going back because I did tell her to fix it 3 times and she couldn't. I will get it fixed by another place and I think she needs a bit more experience in doing hair, in my humble opinion. This is partly my fault by telling her it was fine, but the place started to get busy and I know she wanted to get to other clients. I understand that SuperCuts has pics of men's haircuts, but I know my style and have very easy hair to cut. Straight throughout. It was my 1st time there and unfort. my last.. I am glad that many like the place, but we didn't mesh well.. Sorry L...
