  • I loved these apartments the location is amazing so close to everything! One of my favorite memories is sitting on my porch wall watching the birds flying around and chirping at sun set. The landscaping is always on point, Iv never seen such green grass in Arizona! I lived in 2 different apartments here and never had any type of pest issue. As long as you keep your stuff clean you will not have a issue, plus pest control is all inclusive. The one thing I could do without are the people that would ride their bikes on the walk ways and nearly run you over. Other than that these apartments are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone.
