  • Our dog, Momo became listless and took to sleeping a lot. She even refused food. We to her to South Buffalo Springs Animal Hospital. We were walk-be. We were immediately seen by Dr. Bivens. Dr. Bivens took Momo to be evaluated. He returned with his evaluation and discussed in detail the steps he planned to take to cure Momo's ear infection and what the planned care would entail. After, the procedure, Dr. Bivens sent medical assistants Kalyn and Chrissy. They showed us how to apply medication to help he ear and the processes to ensure the ear remained dry to promote healing. We were very glad we had the demonstration. With it, there were no guessing nor omissions. We are now making this hospital our go-to for all of Momo's health and welfare needs. We wish we could give South Buffalo Springs Animal a solid 10. The entire business deserve it. Thank you Dr. Bivens, Momo is improving at a fast rate.
