  • Best place for a haircut in the city. Period! I've been going to this place for the last 2+ years and my stylist Max is da man! Every so often I go to another place to refresh my memory of just how good he is. Every haircut and every customer is treated extremely well. Never rushed. It is true that I have waited in excess of 15 minutes with an appointment, but they provide great care for all their customers. They also do complementary neck trims, which allows for a quick cleanup a couple weeks into the haircut. All the stylists genuinely seem to like what they do and although this place is a bit pricey, it is still cheaper than the neighbouring salons. This place does get busy tho, so an appointment is highly recommended! You have been warned that you will be hooked and no other haircut will measure up once you start visiting this joint! UPDATE: Max has left Toni & Guy and started up his own place. Its called Kamiya Hairdressing (www.kamiyahairdressing.com).
