  • Came in one day to get a oil change, they said they were too busy and I can set an appointment for the next day. Ok, cool I set an appointment the next day. I came in that day on time for my appointment the guy said he can't take me because I'm not in the books. He said that instantly without even checking. I explained I saw the other guy yesterday put my appointment down, then he checked the books this time and saw me scheduled then said "we're to busy." Wtf I just came up here two times. The first time is cool I understand then the second time with an appointment and then trying to lie and say I wasn't on the books without even looking. I'm never the one to complain but y'all about to get a good ole call to the 1-800 number
