  • The owner (Debbie), really helped me out in a bind. I called the same day that I would be needing a place for my dog to board over night. We were booked at the holiday inn which didn't allow pets and just assumed that everywhere had a Petsmart, Pet Hotel- but not Champaign! Debbie was super friendly and took our dog in at the last minutes notice. She had other little dogs there for our dog to interact with so it was like a little vacation for her. I'll definitely be using her services again if in the area (with more notice next time ;) ). PS- Her rates were really affordable too! We called a vets boarding first and they were quoting us $5 more for the night.
