  • Thomas came to my house to take measurements and give a quote on some plantation shutters. He arrived on time and was very friendly and personable. He was well aware of our Home Depot quote and did his best to earn our business. My wife and I didn't feel pressured and, after thinking it over, ordered our shutters about a week later. This was mid-May and our shutters were just installed and look phenomenal. Thomas quoted about 8 weeks for installation and he was pretty close although I don't understand why the heck it takes so long to make and install shutters in the first place. Everyone at AZ Blinds that I dealt with was great. Thomas, the installers, and the receptionists all were friendly and professional. I know my shutters were expensive but I feel like I got a good deal because of the upgrades and discounts that Thomas threw in. The only other place I have to compare AZ Blinds to is Home Depot. While the shutter quality is probably about the same, AZ Blinds beat their price by almost $1,000 and I felt their service was better. I would definitely recommend AZ Blinds to anybody.
