Why are companies such as Lowe's and GE and other reputable company's using this company as their service provider? I have read the reviews and come to the conclusion that this is their MO. The technician maybe owner (Clint) came and took serial number and model number and ordered a part. I had to call back several times after 2 weeks of waiting for part to come in to check status. They said they would call me back. They did not. I called and spoke with Clint and told him that no one calls back and he assured me they would. No calls back. Now fast forward after 2 months and 2 parts changed, still cannot get them to give me a status or call back. In between all this I have been calling Lowe's as well with little help, and my frustration as a Lowe's customer is growing. My ovens were working prior to their arrival with just the lock mechanism bad and when they replaced the switch they left with both ovens not working at all. So since they worked on it back in Jan I am still currently without any ovens and zero customer service from them. If the store you by an appliance from or the manufacturers refers this company as your service provider I would reconsider. Lowe's is finally giving me more assistance because of Lisa and Kisha after 4 months of calling (my double oven broke down right before Thanksgiving). Lowe's management really needs to take a relook at this process and ensure customer service is being provided completely and thoroughly to their customers.
