  • Wish I could give higher rating but here's the scoop. They get high marks for good selection of carpet & tile for west valley. They showed up "on time" scheduled appointments to measure and then install. Installers did a good job-efficient & timely. Here's where the marks go down sales rep never called to see how I like carpet, not timely on getting credit card again to charge the other half or send me a receipt w/ details on entire cost, how much carpet was purchased and name of carpet on receipt or give me warranty info on carpet. I had considered using UPTIGHT for 2 other rooms but think their customer service is lacking and they are unorganized.
