  • I have been a longtime patient and truly think my Dr is wonderful. Now the office staff and billing- horrific! Not only have they repeatedly violated federal/state laws and sent my personal and confidential information to the wrong address (keep switching the numbers around) now they have sent me to collections because they were mailing my "bills" to an incorrect address. I am a person of integrity and could say it was a mistake, but this is the second time in 3 years that they have done this. Then blame me for not having correct information. So when I corrected you the first time, your records reverted back to bad information? Worst worst worst worst, beware because the office is understaffed and take zero accountability for sending you to collections.
