I ordered two chandeliers expecting to receive by 4/26/2017. I received one but not the second one. I got e-mail from customer service informing me the estimating shipping date was moved to 5/29/2017. I was upset but had no option but wait for another month. Funny enough I got another e-mail from them informing me now the shipping date again moved to 6/21/2017. I decided to cancel my order and went to the Charleston location and I explained my frustration. The Manger (I wish had his name) and Michael who helped me to buy the chandeliers in the first place, understood my concern and were able to calm me down and helped me very professionally to great extent. They even checked the store in case if they have the chandelles I was looking for. Fortunately, they found one at the store..Miracle!! They did not have this chandelier when I placed my order last time. Although, the company pissed me off, these two very professional staff members made my day! Thank you so much!
