This review is for having a birthday party here.
I booked the party for my daughter online. It was pretty easy to do.
On the day of the party, we arrived at our party time as instructed. Checking in was a process. It was disorganized and took a long time. It seemed like they didn't have things prepared and were figuring it out on the spot.
After check in we had play time for 1 hour. We then went to our private room for the pizza, cake, and gifts.
This is where I have a huge problem. I booked my party a month in advance. I booked the 8 kid Kiki party. I also stated there would be 20 adults when I booked online.
Our room was way too small for our party size. There was a kid table in the middle of the room and chairs lined up against the wall. The adults didn't have tables to eat on.
I had been to another kids birthday party with half the amount of people we had, and that room was bigger and had a table for adults.
One hour is not enough time in the room. We barely finished on time having 8 kids. I can't imagine how bigger parties of kids finish in one hour.
The next problem was the bungee ride. It was a complete confusing mess. They weren't calling kids in number order like they should be. They also wouldn't sell a ticket to a kid from my party because they were "putting the tickets away." Yet two minutes before that 2 kids from my party got tickets. They also didn't charge those two kids saying it was included in the birthday package which it is not.
After an adult in my party complained and an hour later our kids finally got on with the exception of the boy would they wouldn't sell the ticket to. The manager came over and started doing the ride himself. He also gave us some tokens for waiting so I'll give them credit for that.
Overall $300+ was not worth it to feel rushed eating pizza on your lap.

No where online when booking, or in person was there ever a mention of upgrading to a bigger room to accommodate the adults. The upgrades are for children which I knew for a fact I would not have anymore children attending. I stated 20 adults would be attending when I booked. If I knew there was an option to pay more for a bigger room for the adults, I gladly would have. While the children are the main focus, I did spend a lot of money on food for the adults. I am the host of my daughters party and the adults are my guests as well as the children. It reflects badly on me when we are cramped into a room eating pizza and cake on our laps.
The process for the bungee ride isn't simple and doesn't work if the employees are not following your protocol which is what happened the day of my party.
