  • April 11, 2017 needed to get a ride to CLE from Beachwood, OH. I had used this company before but it had been several years so wasn't sure how it services would be. What a pleasant surprise. It wasn't just as good.. it was better. Everything is done on line. Your card is not charged until you are picked up. It will included tip. You get that info when you book so there are no surprises. I really appreciate that. . It was a rainy morning. Got a message from my driver Olga 1. she was on her way. 2. She was outside the door. With umbrella. Since I put my bag out on the porch when I stepped out the bag was already in the car. The car, a commodious SUV that could have handled me and 6 of my BF's was immaculate. The service impeccable. Olga told me she works Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. If you are in the area and need a ride.. ask for her. Oh she also told me she likes to bake and does so for her friends at Easter. Maybe if you are really nice she might bring a care package. But no crumbs are allowed in her beautiful car. I love this service. Yes.. I am a fan.
