  • Inconsistent quality and service for the price. $50 pedicure and $100 facials call for dependable services. Like any other preening spots, your experiences will be night and day - depending on if you have developed a familial relationship with the aestheticians. I am not a high maintenance person and only go for pedis/waxings when there is a special occasion. Only 2/6 of my trips here were satisfactory- one was facials, the other was brazilian. All my pedis here have been horrible. I don't want to name any staff here, but just as an example - last two times I was at the pedi/medi bar, I was ignored, the quality was not up to par, and the staffs were total snobs. Meanwhile, sitting next to me, another 'newbie' like me, was receiving the same horrible service, and the rest of the gang who seemed to know people there on first name bases, were feeling pampered and charmed. You can imagine my discomfort. The only advice I can give you is this - either tell them you were recommended here by a friend who is regular here, or prepare to develop a more personal relationship with your beauticians over a few (Expensive!) visits and TIP WELL to receive the proper treatments you deserve given the price.
