rev:text	I came in to open an account and when I got to be the next person in line the guy told me that he couldn't assist me and that I would have to come back with an appointment because it would take 30 min to open one and they closed in 20. My bank (I'm a banker at another financial institution) let's customers stay until they finished my business as long as I got in before close. Went to another location and got it done in 15 min. Horrible customer service.
