  • The girl on cash is so miserable not helpfull at all. My daughter spilled a drink and I went to ask for a new cup, this girl was so rude and telling me why would I bother, what is it her business the whole drink was in the cup and she went on to tell me that no outside food is allowed. Well its news to me that a drink is food but in any case I've never actually liked coming here just my kids enjoyed the treats and gelato but not planning on coming back these peopke need to polish up their customer service skills. There are ways to speak to people when you are in this field and this is not the way to treat your customers.
