rev:text	I used to absolutely love this place and am disappointed that it no longer works for us. I made an appointment for a cavity and arrived as scheduled. When we arrived we were told that we no longer had an appointment because the girl who scheduled it did so as a routine visit and since we had seen the dentist within the last 6 months- the insurance denied the request that morning so they cancelled the appointment without warning. Then they apologized but had already given out our appointment time so they noted it as a walk in emergency appointment. We now were waiting until a time "opened up". Once called back- the room was disgustingly dirty. There was a used mask and greasy fingerprints everywhere, a full trash can and crumbs all over the counters. I asked the gal if we should wait for a clean room and she informed us that this one had just been cleaned for us. After the exam with the alternate dentist, we went back to the front and asked why we were asked if our child had any allergies and they informed us that they had none noted- apparently the info from one office doesn't show up in the computer system between both offices unless they "go look for it". As I was sitting there redoing paperwork, my youngest child was in the playroom/quiet room and they told me "oh, they're fine- no one else is in there". After I finished I went to get my Child from the room and apparently one of the staff members had brought their child to work for the day and the child was alone in the room and was innocently sharing their snacks - the exact snacks that my child was allergic to. We went home and promptly gave medicine to avoid a reaction. This place used to be amazing but since opening up the second office they seem to be spread to thin or something. We searched and found a new dentist that we love just as much as we did when we first started at Kidiatric's.
