  • If you can think of the worst company to buy an AC from, these guys are worse than that. I should've learned when they first didn't appear for the initial appointment that they were trouble. But I was out of state and needed an AC for my rental. I bought a $6,000 Lenox AC from them only to find out later that it's too small for the house installed. Totally unprofessional. When trying to rectify for my tenant, they continue to not show for appointments. I even respectfully talked with a manager who assured me they'd show up and look at the unit. Nada. They have left me high and dry and I'm losing good faith with my great tenant. The icing on the cake is their after hours lady (Lisa) is the most useless human being on the planet. If you call she's drunk or on drugs and slurs her speech through saying to call in the morning. When I call in the morning, the cycle of scheduling appointments and them not showing continue. Stay away. I wish I did.
