  • Stayed in Best Westerns before as a Rewards Member and felt comfortable booking here even though the price was higher for the weekend in question. Let me say the staff is great BUT we walked into our room to find a musty smell, bathroom floor tiles cracked and feeling like the floor was hollow and may give way. Holes in walls and in the bathtub that were poorly patched, water stain on the ceiling in the main area. We had an issue with the tub not draining as well but the staff were great and on it to get it fixed. I was told repairs were coming soon but for the price I paid, I shouldn't have had to deal with all of that.
