  • First of all, this review is definitely for the management team. Your store is extremely short staffed; I don't blame your staffs' shitty attitude if I were them. The store was messy and all the customers were losing their patience. I waited 30 minutes for ONE drink. When I checked with the staff, she told me they are going to make it next. Much BS because the two customers came in behind me got their orders already. You could have simply apologized for giving/making/skipping the wrong order, instead, you gave me very unprofessional attitude, just horrible service. Again I don't blame you, this store is becoming a joke. I hope you close down soon and a better business would take over this location.
