I used to think of Ossington as a street only to be trodden on if you were scouting locations for a murder scene or looking to buy illegal weapons from a guy named Buddy X.
But Ossington has become quite a hot spot in recent years with bars, restaurants, and galleries popping up rapidly on its southern blocks. Among the hubbub is a very notable little place known as Delux, a French Bistro that is coolly stripped down to its naked elements - concrete walls et al. The décor though definitely atmospheric leaves something to be desired, which is a good thing, because the food is most definitely desirable and fills in any gaps that the space itself may leave open.
Definitely check out the address before going to this place because it's one of those places that is way too cool to put up a sign. God knows I walked by the place as many time as it takes to fight with your boyfriend 3 times before arriving.
