  • Don't waste your money!!Do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT use them! Please read!!! The guy I had speaks no English. First when he got to my house raced in and out like he had to catch a flight! He was at my home to fix washer. He had no idea what to do. Told him machine didn't spin, told him why. Told him where it was leaking from I had to Pointed under machine. So, He tightened up the door! It wasn't leaking there! He said it need a new motor. He replaced it. Still leaks and won't spin! Same repair guy comes back out. Now he said it wasn't the motor ( which he was so sure it was) now it was due to me not using properly! He was reading my repair manual to fix it. The woman who answered phone was ridiculous! She was rude and didn't want to help. My home warranty company has so many complaints I can't imagine them ever using them.
