  • You can't do better than these guys! We have a six year old Samsung refrigerator that bit the big one two weeks ago. One evening at dinnertime we found this stinker with both the freezer and frig sections at room temperature. By the time we tried out the various troubleshooting steps suggested in the useless user manual and posted online, 24 hours had passed and lots of perishables had gone bad, and many frozen packages were softening up. In searching online, Affordable Appliance Repair stood out because they seemed to have more great reviews than anyone else. They were able to have a tech come out the next day. By the next morning we received an estimate, which they stood by when all was said and done. Only delay was waiting for parts from San Antonio, because nobody had them locally (I know - I checked!) David was the service rep who did the work, and he really knows his stuff - skilled, knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant. My experience was that they do what needs to be done, do it well, and do it with integrity - standards that can be hard to find in the business.
