rev:text	I don't get he 1 star reviews. It's a normal morning rush when I came, everything went smoothly for me and people ahead and behind me. The wait is no longer than any Starbucks I've visited, and the staff are friendly enough (try any downtown location at any major city and you will know what's "rude"). Always read between the line when you see negative reviews, I guess. Glad they didn't deter me, no intention to walk outside of the hotel to get drinks.
