Rorich sold us a lemon. One year later when we went back to let them know we were unsatisfied customers ( and willing to give them more business by agreeing on a new car) they basically said we should've known better than to purchase the car in the first place. They blamed the customer for selling us a faulty car & do not stand behind their used products. Our VW has 50000 miles on it (used- bought it with 35000)and already needs a new transmission, among other costly repairs we put in it this past year. They backed the car when they wanted to sell it, but when we went to them with a complaint they were entirely accusatory of the victim. Customer service is not what it used to be. Disappointed in an immature reaction to a resolvable solution..
