  • I went through groupon to hire Always Ready Cleaning to clean my house. I had cleaned my house prior to them showing up, but I wanted them to do a deep clean and really scrub the areas that I am not the best at. They provided me with a list of all of the things they were going to do to clean my 2500sq ft house. I was originally happy because they were able to schedule me in to an earlier appointment than they had originally quoted. Upon arrival, I told "their top house cleaner" all of the things that were important to me for her to make a priority. The list I gave her, was significantly shorter than the list they quoted she was there to do. Their cleaner was on the phone the ENTIRE time she "cleaned" my house. For 6 hours, she chatted away, and did a horrible job. Not only did she not do the things that I asked for, she did not even do any of the things their company told me she would accomplish. When their "manager" came to inspect her work he only came in and stood in the front door. He didn't look to see what she had done, and it was in the second hour of her cleaning not at the end as promised. When I called and complained that the work they did was not only incomplete but not well done, they told me "my expectations are too high." They did have her come back and clean the bathroom and bedroom she admitted she didn't clean (the highest of my priorities that I gave to her). During the time she came back, she continued to talk on her cell phone during that as well. Their dispatcher and manager gave me a million excuses as to why she did not do her job, why they did not do the things they said she was going to do, and continued to tell me that she was "their best." If this is their best, I would hate to find out what their worst is. This was a huge waste of money. I would never go back to them. I am disappointed that I have to give them even 1 star. Do not waste your time and money with this company.
