Absolutely love Dr. Tang and the hygienists. Will not go back because of the unprofessional and rude billing/ office staff who are not capable/ willing to do their job. I received the bill from both my insurance company and prestige saying I owed a copay of $42 from a total bill of $150. When I called to pay prestige they said I owed $260 and tried to take my credit card information. They couldn't find an answer for where they were getting that amount just rudely continued to tell me that I would have to pay it. Then I was transferred to Opal who was great and said my balance was correct at $42. Then I was abruptly cut off and now speaking with Nicole. Nicole was unbelievably rude and said this bill was for my parents (who I do not live with or have the same last name as) but that it is on my account if insurance doesn't pay it.
