  • If I could give this company negative stars, i would. We fell in love with the house. The person managing the listing took multiple calls and multiple days to respond. The house looked rough but we still wanted it. We asked for certain allowances because many things were broken. when we received the lease, much of this information was missing. We were able to contact the owner of the home and work with them directly. After working out the details we signed the lease and moved in. within 2 weeks the heat stopped working. It was 58 degrees in the house in nearly every morning. it took almost 3 weeks to get the heat repaired. During that time the microwave broke. The microwave houses the exhaust fan for the cooktop so we tried cooking outside. The outdoor gas grill burst into flame upon lighting and burnt my significant other. There have been multiple calls to the company here in phoenix and the main offices with only one responsible party calling us back and acknowledging we would be withholding rent until it was in livable condition. We have since been told that they are putting our account into collections with plans for eviction and we are still waiting for many repairs. We are currently working with an attorney to sue them. My suggestion is to avoid this company AT ALL COSTS. Run!!!
