  • I have been to this Sally's a few times now. I am super disappointed with their customer service. especially with the tall african Canadian women with the long hair, she was just plain rude. The staff are obviously not trained well as they struggle to provide adequate information about products. I would definitely not take any advice from the staff members, do your own research, and if possible, avoid this location due to poor customer service and lack of in stock items.. As I was at the counter to purchase my items, I immediately felt tension between the sales associates.
