  • Well, I can't believe these folks haven't had a review on Yelp. They are great. Our A/C was acting up during this heat wave. I noticed some water on the floor in the basement. So I turned it off and called them right at 8 am. I spoke with a very nice gal who said while they were quite booked up, they were going to try to get someone to call me and see me that same day. A little while later I received a call from the technician, who said that he was going to be in my area in a couple of hours on a different call and would definitely try to stop in. He agreed he would call us to give some notice before he did so. So about 2 and a 1/2 hours later I got another call, and he came over, and he took a look and fortunately it was just the drain that needed flushing, so he got some nitrogen, flushed it out, hooked everything back up, and we were all done and back in business. All we had to do was put some fans on the floor to dry up any residual dampness. By the next morning everything was back to shipshape - floor dry, and our house was back to a great temp!! Thanks to Charly who was a great tech. Friendly and professional. And thanks to Accu-Serv for getting us up and running so quickly. We would recommend you guys in a heartbeat!! PS They send you the bill by email, and it's easy to pay it online. These folks understand what it is to give great service!
