  • A co-worker had her breasts done by Dr. Smith so she referred me to him. I went in for a $50 consultation, arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time, and spent 2 hours after my appointment time, waiting to be seen. When I was finally taken back to an exam room, his staff came in to size me and they were rushing me (probably because by this time, their office was technically closed). When Dr. Smith came in, he spent about 5 minutes with me and said he was going to go get some pictures to show me. He walked out and left the door cracked. A couple of minutes later, I could hear him with another patient. He walked out of that patient's room and I heard him say, "Oh I gotta go get the pictures". So there I sat in the robe with the door cracked, waiting for him to come back with the pictures. Again, I heard him with another patient and again, he finished up with them and walked out and said, "Oh I gotta go get the pictures". A total of 30 minutes went by after he walked out and said he was going to go get some pictures. Again, I heard him with another patient. At that point, I got dressed and just walked out! Wasted 3 hours of my life and $50 for absolutely nothing! This is really upsetting. I really wanted to give him a chance but first impressions are everything, especially when you're paying a lot of money out of your pocket.
