  • WOW! DELISH! AMAZING! These are just a few words to describe the phenomenal experience at Gordon Ramsey's Steak in the Paris. When my husband and I arrived, we were immediately greeted by a upbeat young lady. We were informed it would be a few minutes and to wait to the left of the door. Within one minute, we were greeted by the manager, Lawrence. Wow, what a great guy. He gave us a brief tour and took us to the chef's table by the kitchen! From the moment we took our seats to the last bite. The experience was over the top. Ted, our server, quickly brought us menus and introduced himself. Next Sergio, stopped by with water and bread. My water was never less than 2/3 full and Sergio was a breath of fresh air with his calm demeanor. It took us awhile to decide on what items we wanted to order, but Ted was beyond patient. He checked in with us multiple times and answered any questions we had about the menu. He was knowledgeable and provided excellent service throughout our experience. The food was extraordinary! The Beef Wellington was tender and had AMAZING flavor. The Mac and Cheese was flavorful and didn't disappoint. The Bake Potato was good, but will get the mash potato puree next time. The small taste on my plate was enough for me to want to have a bigger portion next time. Mark, sous chef, was personable and we enjoyed conversing with him. In addition, watching him run the pass was an added bonus. Lawrence stopped by our table more than once and inquired about our experience. He was beyond kind and made us feel like valued customers. I would highly recommend this restaurant. The food and the customer service are worth the price.
