  • I'd give zero stars if I could for the poor service I just received. So online the hours of this location states closes at 10pm and is still open now. I pull up at the drive around 9:40pm where I was greeted by a male voice saying welcome to Jamba Juice we'll be right with you. A few minutes later a rude female comes on and says oh we closed at 9:00pm. I'm like that's not what it says online as it states 10pm. She gives me some bad excuse as to why which sounded like baloney. Much more like I don't feel like assisting you even though I could because there is still 20 minutes left of my work day lol. Anyhow, I just replied well you should make sure your business updates your hours to say closed at 9pm not 10pm because you've wasted my time and it's misleading to the public. I drove off and went to Tropical Smoothie which is 24 hours so I will no longer go to Jamba Juice in case they decide to close whenever you pop up at the drive thru! Plus if you closed at 9pm and it's 9:40pm why are two of you still at work??? LoL fishy bad for business...
