  • My experience with the Cunningham Group has been great. I lived in the rental home for almost two years and would have stayed as long as I could. Unfortunately unexpected circumstances prompted me to move. I have had several communications with Debra. She is a great business person. She's understanding, professional and respectful. She always responded to my calls and emails promptly. When I provided negative feedback about a cleaning service that they recommended I use, Debra appreciated my comments and didn't get defensive. I expected her to take the side of the cleaning company and she did not. That's good customer service! Teddy is a great maintenance man too! Friendly and dependable. If there were any other properties that the Cunningham Group managed and that fit my needs, I would have Definitely stayed with them. They have made a lasting impression with regard to property management companies. Best Wishes.
