  • I have to say, these guys are fantastic. Aside from being very reasonably priced (especially for Roncy) and quick, they're also honest, friendly and also helpful. Family run business, will work within your time constraints every time. What is causing me to write this review today though, is that I brought in my suit after Labour Day and had forgotten my pocket square in the front pocket. It was a gift from my wife from Holts and needless to say not cheap. I'd thought that I'd lost and and figured I'd check with them to see if they had found it or if it was turned in and sure enough she dug through a bunch of their lost and found for about 10 minutes and found it. She could've very easily told me "we're not responsible for anything that isn't checked in at drop off" - as I've been told at other places in the past, but she didn't. She asked what it looked like and then searched high and low to find and return it. I've been here about 12 times now and never had a problem and never felt like I overpaid. Coudn't recommend them enough.
