  • Property Manager Susan Austin Fleck is rude and unprofessional. She has a terrible attitude on the phone and face to face. Just imagine looking for a home and this lady tells you that you got approved then goes back and says that the home that was promised to you was given to someone else because they were earlier with the check. Then, this property management tells you that they have another property, wastes your time, and is RUDE to you when you go to their office and complete what this property management asks of you but then turns around and tells you that the property is no longer available. This lady is excellent at rolling her eyes and sighing under her breath. Don't waste your time and money on looking at their properties. They may have "perfect" homes for you, but the way they treat prospective renters is unacceptable. Give your money and time to someone else who is more reliable and KEEPS THEIR WORD.
