  • Noel is the best! The man does color like no other, and he's just fun to hang out with as well! The loyal following he has that have been coming to his salons for years will attest to the fact that he is one of the nicest people around. I have heard some say that he's "arrogant," but the truth is he is really a little shy, and seemingly all business until he gets to know you, and then he's a total blast. He's also very honest when it comes to telling you what will and will not work for your hair and the look you're trying to achieve. I don't even try to 'direct' him anymore - I just let him "do what he does," and my hair looks great all the time. A word of caution however - he is a professional and has to run his business. if you make an appointment, be on time, or at least call to advise him as he's pretty much always booked and runs a very tight schedule...
