  • I went in to open a new Chase Slate account for balance transfers and the agent first off entered the completely wrong name to the card, second, lied to me and told me that I was approved for a much lower APR than I actually was, third, he submitted a balance transfer without my permission! Completely illegal! I've now been with Chase for 2 weeks and I regret ever walking into this branch. I will go tomorrow and speak to a supervisor to try to fix the mess this employee did.
