  • I went to Brakes Plus recently for an oil change. They told me that I needed a new serpentine belt because mine was cracked along with a bunch of maintenance work that they strongly suggested. I was skeptical of what the guy was telling me, I told them I would think about it and come back. I called San Tan Ford because they're located right down the street from me. I talked to Mark Ray and told him what Brakes plus had told me and that I wanted a second opinion. He was great to talk with and I had an appointment for the next morning. I dropped off my car with confidence and went to work. I got a call less than 2 hours later telling me that the mechanic inspected my car and everything was fine. They were concerned about the fuel filter and that did need to be replaced. I told them to go ahead and change it for me. Not much later I got another call telling me that my car was ready to be picked up. They even washed it for me :) Mark called me each time, i felt that they give great customer service. I will definitely come to San Tan Ford again for any vehicle maintenance.
