  • Looking for a MINI Cooper, we did an online search and came across one that met our requirements at Mercedes-Benz of Chandler. We were skeptical at first, thinking that we would receive less-than-excellent customer service, as MINI is not the primary vehicle line at this dealership. WE WERE WRONG!! When we first inquired about the MINI, we received a very prompt reply from GAVIN HILL, Internet and Fleet Manager. From that initial inquiry, Gavin has been nothing but positive, helpful, and timely in his communication with us. He walked us through the entire process from the test drive to the initial servicing and detailing that he arranged. Even though the MINI we purchased is a pre-owned vehicle and sold for five times less than the sticker price of some of the vehicles in the Mercedes showroom, Gavin made us feel comfortable, appreciated, and valued. He made our car buying experience FUN - something we have not encountered in a long time.
