  • Called several plumbers to replace my cracked water softener tank. A lot of these AquaPure tanks were put in by contractors when the subdivision was built, and a lot of them have cracked. 3M sent us a free replacement tank, just had to be installed. All the other plumbers who came by either didn't know how to do it (so they gave a very high estimate) or just recommended an entire new system for 5x the price (Tin Men). In stark contrast, Glenn from Mountain Fresh gave me a solid reasonable estimate over the phone, understood exactly what had to be done. Within a few days his plumber Mike came over, on time, and changed out the tank, replaced the media and reset our system - all in about 40 minutes! He was professional, didn't mind me watching him do the job (I'm fascinated by this stuff), courteous, and the price didn't change. Plus the inside of his truck was orderly; that says a lot about a workman. What should have been a straightforward quick job turned out to be exactly that. We are definitely going to use this firm for future plumbing work.
