Is there an option for zero stars? First of all I was rushed through the ordering process..."anything else? ...anything else?" At first I thought this was efficient....and then I got to the window. Wow!! I was handed about 1/3 of my order and blindly stared at like I was holding up the line. I asked for the rest of my food and my other coffee. They advised me that they had no idea what I was missing. I started through the bag and asked for my other coffee. At this point I was uncertain which coffee I had been given and which one I was missing. They were also uncertain. They started pointing fingers at one another in regards to who took the order and who was putting it together. Once I handed them back the receipt they figured out that they had not given me my donuts and in their haste (earlier mistaken for efficiency) they had left one of the coffees. Then the manager rudely said that coffee will be $2:XX! No apologies! It was the rudest experience I have had in a long time. This is not the first time I have had poor service at this location. They continually mess up sandwiches and half the time I end up with some slapped together rubber tasting concoction that is not even listed on the menu. Typically they are at the very least apologetic. I am not one to complain but I had to join Yelp this morning (prior to drinking my coffee) to vent to the masses! Slow down Dunkin'...get your order right...put the order together right the first time....and you will save yourselves and your customers a lot of time! You lost 3 customers this morning....
