This service was absolutely terrible. I'm paying for services I'm not even using, and they quoted me at a price that was much lower than I actually had to pay. I asked them, in person with 2 witnesses what I'd be paying per month and they told me $180. Turns out my bill was $260 and I still haven't seen a credit on my account after 4 months. I've switched to sprint and they are still charging me for data that I'm NOT using and won't cancel in person. No matter what source of customer service I use they still won't cancel my account because of lines that are still "supposedly" in use, even though we physically don't have the phones since they have been returned. I can't even get service to place calls in my own house and they told me to buy a $150 hot spot. Absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend them to anyone.
